○ The lower mouth is used for eating but fae can also drink and eat things like apple sauce from faer upper mouth. Sage doesn't like to use faer lower mouth in public because fae knows it can be a bit scary!

○ Shark-handers are a semi-aquatic species (Sage has gills on faer sides) and Sage just happens to be one of the few that spends most of their time on land!
The species have a type of mutually beneficial relationship with the type of plant that grows on their bodies! The shark-handlers help the plants with pollination and spreading out their genes and such while the pants help oxygenate the water around them as they swim because a body that large must need a lot of oxygen!
○ These plants pollinate similar to ferns with spores
